Niseko is a foodie heaven. In summer, chefs show their skill and creativity through the abundance of local produce. J’ai La Patate, one of my favourites, is hidden in Country Resort, offering French cuisine with a slight Japanese twist. Chef, Seino-san, makes the one of most delicious meals in town; and sommelier, Yuki-san, takes it to the next level with his perfect wine (or sake!) pairings! Don’t miss out, make your reservation now!
Summer seems to be a rare occurrence this year. So, when the sun is out, you’ve got to make the most of it! No better way to take a hike up Chisenupuri to enjoy the view.
You wouldn’t have thought it’d been raining for 2 weeks… What a difference the sun makes
The weather hasn’t been so great this week, but we managed to get a stroll in when the rains let up for a moment
Spotted a special ladybug in the garden last week!
There’s a beautiful shibazakura (pink moss) garden in Kutchan. This garden belongs to Mishima-san. He kindly opens it to the public as a photo destination 📸 If you visit Niseko at this time of the year, you must stop by Mishima-san’s garden!
Lodestone Properties has officially launched! Feel free to get in touch if you are looking for a home management solution in Niseko! 🙂
Blessed with this amazing summer weather, I went on a roadtrip towards Daisetsuzan! Camping is made easy in Hokkaido with an abundance of beatifully maintained camp grounds! 🏕
